The Ownersite.com Vehicle Details Module keeps all of your essential and critical vehicle information in a centralized location. Once you use Ownersite.com, you will no longer need to fumble through file drawers and closets looking for important information regarding your vehicle.
The General Information area of the Vehicle Details Module maintains such information as auto club details, date of purchase, purchase price, vehicle identification number (VIN), engine size & displacement, interior and exterior colors, registration expiration date and engine & transmission serial numbers. Ownersite.com even allows you to keep a printable log of problems you are having with your vehicle. This can be very handy when it's time to bring your vehicle to the dealer for service.
The Insurance Information section of this module gives you a convenient place to maintain policy information, including policy number, agent contact information, deductibles and expiration dates. Ownersite.com will even remind you when your policy is due to expire!
Ownersite.com also gives you a handy area to maintain details on your extended or factory Warranty information. As with other areas of Ownersite.com, the Warranty area is extremely flexible, allowing you to detail your warranty expiration by date or odometer reading, with expiration reminders as well.
Handy for the frequent traveler or someone who uses their personal vehicle on business (or uses Ownersite.com to track information for a company car), the Trip Log is a centralized location for maintaining details about trips you have taken, including starting and ending odometer readings, locations and purpose.
The "public" side of Ownersite.com, the Window Sticker enables you to create a personal web page for your vehicle, including a photo, with as much or as little detail as you want people to see. The Ownersite Window Sticker makes it easier to sell your vehicle online. Simply choose the details you want potential buyers (including full maintenance history, if desired) to see and include the URL we provide to you in your classified ads!
Above all else, Ownersite.com was built to be flexible. For each vehicle, you are able to choose whether you want to track the details off that vehicle in one of several currencies, miles or kilometers, and gallons or liters.
Finally, Ownersite.com does not limit you to cars and trucks. When it comes time to "build" your vehicle list, if your make, year or model is not included in our pre-built list (all vehicles sold in the USA since 1980), you can define your own. Some are even tracking maintenance and details for their motorcycles, boats, motorhomes, etc.
